what was needed
Tetr isn't just your average school. The task at hand was to develop a content-first brand presence that matched its global, startup-driven approach to education.
what i did
Launched original IPs online & offline, shaped the brand voice, and built a high-output content engine.
As the first creative hire at Tetr, I stepped into a space full of potential. My task at hand was take that raw energy and channel it into a narrative-first, that could scale with the brand.
Some ideas were already on the table. I helped shape them into polished IPs, scripting and directing episodes like Tetr Journal across Dubai, India, Singapore, and Malaysia.
I also created original formats from scratch, like The Playbook, a sports-meets-business talk show, and Off The Record, a punchy expert-led micro-series.
I also shaped offline IPs like Speed Networking with CXOs and Prototype Wars—live formats designed to drop students straight into the real-world pace of global business.
